1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GenMinded, including our website, dashboard, AI automation features, integrations, credits, plans and related services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the service. Your continued use of GenMinded after an updated version of these Terms becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.

2. About GenMinded

GenMinded is an AI-powered business automation platform. Depending on the features available to your account, GenMinded may help with Messenger conversations, lead capture, customer information, products, order workflows, courier workflows, AI-assisted content and design, Facebook or social posting, scheduling, business reporting and related automation.

Some features may be introduced, modified, limited, replaced or discontinued as the service develops. The exact features available to you can depend on your plan, account status, connected platforms and technical availability.

3. Accounts and Account Security

• You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.
• You may not sell, transfer, share or provide unauthorized access to your account in a way that creates security or abuse risks.
• You must notify GenMinded promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary authority to connect any Facebook Page, Messenger account, social account, courier account, website or other third-party service to GenMinded.

4. Free Trial and Credits

Where offered, eligible new accounts may receive a 3-day full-feature free trial with up to 1,000 promotional trial credits. During the trial, GenMinded automation features are available subject to technical availability, account safety and third-party platform requirements. Trial credits are promotional and have no cash value.

Unused promotional trial credits automatically expire when the trial period ends. After the trial, an active monthly plan is required to continue automation. GenMinded may restrict or revoke trial access to prevent misuse, duplicate sign-ups, fraud or abuse.

Purchased credits are separate from the monthly subscription. Credits can be topped up without an active plan, but a credit balance by itself does not activate automation. Account data remains stored when a plan expires, subject to these Terms and applicable retention rules.

5. Plans, Credits, Payments and Billing

Paid features may require a subscription, package, credit purchase or other payment. Prices, included credits and plan features are shown on the relevant pricing or purchase page and may change for future purchases.

GenMinded monthly plans are time-limited subscriptions (the default listed plans are valid for approximately one month / 30 days per activation). When a plan expires, plan-gated automation stops until the plan is renewed or another plan is activated. Expiry does not itself delete your saved products, orders, customers, conversations, settings or separately purchased credit balance.

• Charges are based on the plan, package or credit amount selected by you.
• Credits may be deducted when eligible GenMinded features are used, according to the current credit rules shown in the service.
• You are responsible for reviewing the price and included features before confirming a purchase.
• Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise for a specific purchase, payments for already-delivered digital services, consumed credits or activated service periods may be non-refundable.
• If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed or found to be unauthorized, GenMinded may suspend the related paid features while the matter is reviewed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GenMinded only for lawful and authorized purposes. You must not use the service to:

• send spam, scams, deceptive communications or unlawful marketing;
• harass, threaten, impersonate or unlawfully discriminate against others;
• collect, process or disclose personal information without an appropriate legal basis or permission;
• upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with security or attempt unauthorized access;
• circumvent usage limits, credit systems, access controls or platform restrictions;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights or other rights of another person or organization;
• use connected platforms in violation of their own terms, developer policies or messaging rules;
• use GenMinded for unlawful goods, services, activities or transactions.

7. Your Content and AI-Generated Content

7.1 Your Content

You keep ownership of content and business information that you submit to GenMinded. You give GenMinded permission to process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support and provide the features you request.

7.2 AI Outputs

GenMinded may generate replies, captions, designs, summaries, suggestions or other outputs using AI. AI-generated outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing important AI-generated content before relying on, publishing or sending it. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable law, platform policies and third-party rights.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

GenMinded may connect with third-party services such as Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, courier providers, hosting or infrastructure providers, AI providers and other services.

Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers and may have their own terms, policies, permissions, outages, limitations and pricing. GenMinded is not responsible for changes, suspensions, outages or restrictions imposed by a third-party provider.

If a third-party platform changes or removes an API, permission or feature, related GenMinded functionality may be modified or become temporarily unavailable.

9. Customer Messages, Orders and Courier Automation

When you use GenMinded to process customer conversations, leads, orders or courier actions, you remain responsible for your business operations, product information, pricing, stock, order accuracy, fulfillment, refunds, delivery commitments and customer service.

Automation can reduce manual work, but you should review important orders and business actions where appropriate. GenMinded does not guarantee that every customer message, order, courier event or third-party status will always be delivered, interpreted or processed without delay or error.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of GenMinded is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, stored and protected.

You are responsible for complying with privacy, data protection and communication laws that apply to the customer or business data you upload, collect or process through GenMinded.

11. Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep GenMinded available and reliable, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, software updates, security incidents, hosting issues, network problems or third-party platform changes may occasionally affect availability.

We may update, improve or change the service to maintain security, performance, legal compliance or product quality.

12. GenMinded Intellectual Property

GenMinded's software, website design, branding, logos, interfaces, documentation, proprietary workflows and other platform materials are owned by GenMinded or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of GenMinded technology or branding to you. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute protected parts of the service except where expressly permitted by us or applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using GenMinded at any time. We may limit, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a serious violation of these Terms, non-payment, security risk, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, misuse of connected platforms or conduct that may harm GenMinded or other users.

Where reasonable and legally permitted, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue before permanent termination. Certain obligations that by their nature should survive termination may continue after your account is closed.

14. Disclaimers

GenMinded is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the service, AI outputs, integrations or automation results will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate or suitable for every business purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GenMinded will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including losses caused by third-party platform outages, automation errors, user configuration, lost profits, lost business opportunities or lost data.

Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

16. Your Responsibility for Claims

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims or losses arising from your unlawful use of GenMinded, your business activities, your customer communications, content you provide, violation of third-party rights or violation of these Terms.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, pricing model, integrations, technology, business practices or legal requirements change. When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page may be updated.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply under other applicable law. Any dispute should first be raised with GenMinded so the parties can try to resolve it in good faith.
